Our admin certification is specifically designed for monday.com admins who are looking to learn how to manage their accounts in the best way possible.
There are four types of certifications you can earn: the core certification, the API certification, the sales CRM certification, and the admin certification.
You must be an admin on your account to take the course. Other than that, no experience is required.
Once you purchase the course, you will receive a link to the lessons by email. You’ll be able to access the lessons, quizzes, and exams for 60 days.
Each certificate comprises multiple badges covering different areas of expertise. Please note that in order to receive certification, you must complete all badges and pass the final exam.
The monday.com certification lessons are online and self-paced, including both text and interactive videos. The quizzes throughout the course and the final exam will be multiple-choice.
No, you’ll need to complete the entire certification course and pass the final exam to receive a monday.com certificate.
To become monday.com certified, you must receive a grade of 90% or higher on the final exam.
Your certification will be valid for 12 months. After that, you can renew your certification for another year. Please note that you’ll need to retake the exam at a discounted cost.
monday.com is constantly evolving, and we want to make sure you’re an expert on the platform. After 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to keep your knowledge sharp and up-to-date.
You can retake the final exam as many times as you need within the allotted 60 days, and the questions will change each time. If you don’t pass the exam within the allotted 60 days, you will need to purchase the course again and retake the lessons. You may request an extension beyond 60 days, but these extensions will only be granted on a rare, case-by-case basis.
